We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Many of our products are custom-made or delivered digitally. For this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital planners

  • Digital journals

  • Digital coloring books

  • Printable files

  • PDF downloads

  • Templates

  • E-books

  • Instant downloads

  • Digital bundles

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact Customer Support and we will gladly assist you.


Print-on-Demand Products

Our apparel and many physical products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

This includes:

  • T-Shirts

  • Hoodies

  • Sweatshirts

  • Tank Tops

  • Tote Bags

  • Hats

  • Mugs

  • Water Bottles

  • Stickers

  • Other custom merchandise

Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personal preference

  • Changing your mind

  • Expecting a different fit or appearance

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Printed Books, Journals & Planners

Printed coloring books, journals, planners, notebooks, and similar products are considered made-to-order items.

Returns or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Missing pages

  • Incorrectly bound

  • Different from what was ordered


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Product Colors & Mockups

Product images are digital representations of the final product.

Slight variations in color, print placement, garment construction, stitching, or sizing may occur and are considered normal manufacturing variations.

Differences caused by monitor or mobile device settings are not considered defects.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after purchase.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has started.
