Every order is produced specifically for you after your purchase is placed.


Processing Time

Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production.

Processing times may increase during holidays or periods of high demand.


Shipping Time

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after production.

Estimated total delivery time is 5–17 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive separately depending on production location and inventory availability.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, POP | Popular On Purpose is not responsible for packages delivered to that address.

Returned packages may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check with household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier
